There are two options for Fit over Fifty. Our traditional Tuesday/Thursday class and a slightly more challenging class on Mondays.
This class takes our traditional Fit over Fifty class to the next level.
It is one hour long and includes strength training, drills, agility and plenty of floor work.
It can easily be modified to accommodate most fitness levels but beginners to fitness would be more comfortable joining the traditional Fit over Fifty classes to start.
Many people have requested a class for the men and while men are more than welcome to join the Tuesday/Thursday Fit over Fifty classes, it seems that they would prefer a class of their own, so here we are!
The first session is a short one ( 4 weeks with 2 classes per week), a small commitment and one that I don't think you will regret! All levels of fitness are welcome to attend. I provide many modifications and encourage you to listen to your body and work at your own pace.

WHAT IS BOOT CAMP? Boot camp style workouts are highly intense and target all of your muscle groups using the principles of interval training to burn maximum calories.
IS BOOT CAMP FOR ME? My boot camp is designed for you to work at your own pace, however some prior experience will make it more comfortable for you.
