" I was reluctant to try the class out but saw the difference it was making for my wife, so I went. Good pace, not too hard, not too easy. Good group of guys and good music. The biggest surprise came after the first session. The next morning I noticed it was just a little easier bending down to pick things up. Now, after 6 sessions, I've lost some weight, have better balance, like my blood pressure numbers and am more flexible. I'm a believer!"
