BOOT CAMP ON THE POINT

WHAT IS BOOT CAMP? Boot camp style workouts are highly intense and target all of your muscle groups using the principals of interval training to burn maximum calories. IS BOOT CAMP FOR ME?  My boot camp is designed for you to work at your own pace, however some prior experience will make it more comfortable for you. FITNESS ENTHUSIASTS love the challenge of the timed intervals  and their bodies love that they never know what is coming up next.

I provide you with very personalized attention, focusing on your specific goals and needs, and I will be at your side for the duration of our session.  You will be challenged, you will get stronger, you will be prouder of yourself than you have ever been!
