The class is 50-minutes in length, beginning with a warm-up followed by strength and cardio components. Everything can be done seated as chairs are set up for all participants, regardless of their level. Beginners will feel comfortable working at their own pace and modifications are given for those of you ready to work a bit harder. There is no floor-work included in this format.
Class ends with a cool down and final stretch.
