This 8 week class involves mobility, flexibility and sport specific strength training to help increase your range of motion and improve your balance, leading to more consistent play and helping to prevent injury. THIS CLASS WILL RETURN IN THE FALL!
Each week brings new challenges as we progress through the course, you won't want to miss a class! You will be expected to get down on the mat for floor work. All equipment is provided, but please dress in layers and bring along a bottle of water. Expect to make new friends, have a few laughs and most importantly, plan on feeling amazing at the end of each session.
