I am bringing my Friday morning Zoom class to the Community Center! 

THIS CLASS IS ON A WINTER HIATUS, STAY TUNED! 

HIIT/ INTERVAL/ STRENGTH/CARDIO/C0RE

This class delivers! Build strength and burn calories with this high-intensity cardio workout.  We utilize the step for a fun, challenging and ever-changing workout.  Difficulty level: 7
