WHAT IS TOTAL TRAINING?

This class is a bit harder than Fit over Fifty in that we get on the floor, we work in stations, and we work for a full hour. We use fun formats like in Boot Camp, but the timed workouts are a bit shorter and the exercises less strenuous, making this class a group favorite!
